Due to being lightweight and easy to transport, this green resistance band is a great alternative to free weights such as dumbbells. This green coloured band is available in a choice of different lengths: 1m, 1.5m, 2m, 3m, 5m cut from a dispenser roll. The bands come as straight strips but can easily be knotted to form loops. It is approx 12.5cm wide and offers 4.6lb of resistance at 100% elongation..
