The Sealey PHT1000 is a manual hoist trolley designed for mounting onto I-beams and RSJ steel sections, enabling loads to be manoeuvred horizontally with ease. With a 1000kg capacity, it is well suited to workshop, garage, and light industrial environments where a hoist needs to travel along a beam rather than lift from a fixed point. Compatible with Sealey Power Hoists (a fixing plate is included), as well as lever hoists and chain blocks, this trolley offers genuine flexibility across a range of lifting setups. The adjustable frame secures to beams between 68 and 110mm wide, with castellated nuts providing a reliable, positive lock once the correct width is set. Construction is in strong steel with a powder coat finish for rust resistance, making it suitable for workshop conditions where exposure to moisture and general wear is a consideration. At 12kg, the trolley is robust without being unwieldy to install.
