Rust-Oleum 1085 Cold Galvanising Zinc Metal Paint is a fast-drying, zinc-rich primer based on an epoxy ester resin. Its matt grey coating contains 99% pure zinc as a pigment, delivering outstanding cathodic protection to bare and blasted steel surfaces. Primarily designed for brush application, it is ideal for touch-ups and smaller areas on new bare steel, blasted steel, or galvanised steel. It can be recoated with non-saponifiable coatings and is suitable for use as a primer or single coat in light industrial exposures, corrosive environments, and high humidity areas. Available in sizes from 1kg to 5kg, making it a practical choice for both small touch-up jobs and larger projects.
