Rustins Button Polish

This 500ml size of Rustins Button Polish is ideal for larger French polishing projects, professional furniture finishing, and extensive restoration work where a more orange or golden tone is required. The larger bottle size provides excellent value for regular users and reduces the frequency of reordering. When applied correctly, this shellac-based polish produces a high-gloss finish, with the alcohol evaporating rapidly to leave a smooth film of shellac on the timber surface. For French polishing, apply as many coats as required to build a sufficient layer of shellac. For sealing wood before waxing, apply two liberal coats to prepare the surface effectively.
