The Everbuild Everflex® 450 Builders Silicone Sealant in Grey, supplied in a 310ml cartridge, provides the perfect solution for applications requiring a neutral, versatile finish that complements modern building materials, concrete, slate, and grey PVCu installations. This grey variant is exceptionally popular across both commercial and residential projects, offering a professional appearance that suits contemporary architecture whilst remaining subtle and unobtrusive. As a low modulus, oxime cure RTV silicone sealant, it delivers outstanding adhesion to both porous and non-porous surfaces without the need for priming, whilst conforming to BS5889 standards. The high viscosity formula provides excellent tooling properties and cures quickly to form a permanently flexible, high strength waterproof seal.
