We reserve the right to decline any order that, in our judgment, violates these standards.Order Processing TimeMost orders are completed within 60 minutes. However, large or complex jobs may take longer. If additional time is required, we will inform you as soon as possible.Delivery TimeframesNext Day Delivery: Available for orders placed before 3 PM on working days (Mon-Fri.)Standard Delivery: Estimated between 2 to 4 working days.Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary based on volume or courier delays.Orders placed on Saturday & Sunday will not be processed until Monday.Orders placed on a bank holiday will not be processed until the Next Working Day.Collecting Your DocumentWhen collecting your printed documents, please bring a valid form of ID and your order number. A team member will ask you to review the documents before leaving to ensure everything looks correct. If there are any issues, they can be addressed on the spot. If documents are not checked upon collection, we cannot be held responsible for any misprints or quality issues.GDPR - Document Retention & Secure DisposalDigital documentation uploaded will be kept for 72 hours, after that point the file will automatically delete. Printed uncollected documents will be securely shredded in accordance with GDPR regulations to protect your personal information. This will happen 30 days after the order was placed. No refunds will be issued for uncollected prints.File FormatsWe accept PDF, PowerPoint, Word, JPG/JPEG, and PNG files for printing. For the best results, we recommend uploading your chosen file(s) as PDFs. Please ensure all documents are unzipped before submitting and do not have any password protection to ensure compatibility with our printing system. If compressed/zip files are uploaded your order may be cancelled.Binding Restrictions- A4 documents will be bound on the long edge of the A4, making the document portrait.- A3 documents will be bound on the short edge of the A3, making the document landscape.These binding methods are due to material and machinery restrictions. Due to the nature of borderless printing, it will be treated as a bespoke request.
