The result is a beautifully clear, light-gold whisky. Its aroma is remarkably fresh and herbal, opening with notes of green apple, ripe pear, fresh mint, and pine needles, all accented by a subtle hint of sweet smoke. The light-bodied palate is wonderfully smooth and crisp, offering a vibrant harmony of green fruits, grapefruit, and cucumber, which give way to delicate herbal notes and soft vanilla. The experience culminates in a clean, refreshing, and slightly dry finish with a faint, lingering echo of sweet peat and green tea. At 43% ABV, this versatile single malt is perfect enjoyed neat, with a few drops of water, or as a premium Forest Highball garnished with fresh mint.
