Huiquntang Adzuki Beans are high-quality small red beans, prized for their clean, earthy aroma and delightful firm-yet-tender texture when cooked. Perfect for creating a wide range of nourishing dishes, they are a fantastic addition to sweet broths, traditional tonics, herbal recipes, hearty soups, and comforting stews. Their subtly sweet flavor brings warmth and balance to any meal. These versatile beans are 100% natural, with no additives. Simply rinse them thoroughly before soaking in water for 4–6 hours or overnight to reduce cooking time. After soaking, drain, rinse again, and they are ready to cook. A popular recipe is a classic red bean soup: combine 50g of soaked beans with barley and lotus seeds, simmer for 60–90 minutes in 1.5–2L of water, and sweeten with rock sugar for a delicious dessert served warm or chilled. With a high nutritional value, they provide 20g of protein and 63g of carbohydrates per 100g (dry), are fat-free, and contain no salt. Each pack contains 400g of product.
