This exceptional single malt is masterfully crafted from a blend of young and mature whiskies aged in three distinct casks: American white oak, Spanish Oloroso sherry butts, and rare Japanese Mizunara oak. It presents a clear, warm gold appearance. The nose reveals a fresh, complex bouquet of strawberry, cherry, and Mizunara oak incense. On the palate, it is smooth and medium-bodied, with vibrant notes of raspberry, white peach, and sweet coconut, leading to hints of cinnamon and dark chocolate. The finish is clean and lingering, with sweet oak spice and vanilla. At 43% ABV, this versatile whisky is perfect neat, over ice, or as a premium highball.
