Born and raised outdoors on the South Downs with views of the Brighton coastline, these pigs are nurtured on a natural cereal diet without any growth promoters or hormones, resulting in exceptional flavour and texture. Each succulent skewer is marinated in a savoury, tangy glaze of white miso, zesty lime juice, ginger, garlic, and soy sauce, offering a perfect balance of umami richness and a refreshing citrus kick. Ideal for summer grilling or a quick oven bake, they deliver a restaurant-quality experience at home. Simply grill for 12-15 minutes or oven cook at 190°C for 18-20 minutes until perfectly charred and cooked through. A fantastic choice for entertaining or a deliciously easy weeknight meal.
