Wente Vineyards Beyer Ranch Zinfandel embodies over 140 years of winemaking heritage, crafted by one of California’s oldest family-owned estates. Sourced from sustainably farmed vines in the Livermore Valley, this sophisticated blend of 76% Zinfandel, Tempranillo, Cabernet Franc, and Malbec is aged for 14 months in French and American oak. Aromatic with ripe blackberry, plum, and boysenberry, it unfolds with nuanced hints of vanilla, cinnamon, and toasted oak. Full-bodied and richly textured, the palate delivers a cascade of jammy dark fruit, dark chocolate, and black pepper, supported by well-integrated tannins and vibrant acidity for a smooth, lingering finish. Ideal for both immediate enjoyment and cellaring until 2028. Exceptionally food-friendly, pair with grilled BBQ ribs, spicy curries, or hard cheeses. Serve slightly chilled (14–16°C) to reveal its full complexity. Contains sulphites. 13.5-14% ABV.
