64 Edge South African Sauvignon Blanc is a vibrant and characterful white wine sourced from the beautiful Western Cape. Born from a unique terroir influenced by majestic mountains and expansive oceans, this wine bursts with zesty citrus flavors and a refreshing streak of minerality. The grapes were harvested in the cool morning hours to preserve their vibrant aromas, and the free-run juice was fermented without oak to let the fresh, quality fruit shine through. The result is a beautifully balanced, crisp, and invigorating palate. This versatile, delicious wine pairs wonderfully with falafel burgers, salads, seafood, and light poultry. Crafted by winemaker Ben Jordaan, it is a blend of Sauvignon Blanc, Colombard, and Chenin Blanc. With an alcohol content of 13% vol., it's best served chilled at 8-10°C. Contains sulphites.
