Hambledon Vineyard Brut Rosé is a radiant expression from the birthplace of English wine. Nestled in the South Downs, Hambledon crafts this exquisite sparkling wine using the traditional method. A blend of Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier bestows a delicate salmon-pink hue and elegant structure. Extended aging on the lees imparts remarkable complexity and a creamy texture, leading to a sophisticated palate. The nose offers enticing aromas of wild strawberries, red currants, and citrus blossom. On the palate, fine, persistent bubbles carry vibrant flavours of raspberry and stone fruit, complemented by a subtle brioche nuance from its maturation. Characterised by bright acidity, it delivers a crisp, beautifully balanced, and invigorating finish.
