IMODIUM® Dual Action Tablets are engineered to provide fast, highly effective relief from acute, sudden diarrhoea and its associated discomforts. This advanced dual-action formula contains two powerful active ingredients: Loperamide Hydrochloride (2mg) to quickly restore your natural bowel rhythm and stop loose stools, and Simeticone (125mg) to rapidly break up trapped gas bubbles. It actively soothes painful stomach cramps, pressure, and bloating for comprehensive multi-symptom relief. Presented in a compact, portable 6-tablet blister pack, it’s the ideal solution for rapid intervention while on the move. For adults, take 2 tablets initially followed by 1 tablet after each loose stool, not exceeding 4 tablets in 24 hours. For adolescents 12-18, take 1 tablet initially. Always swallow whole with water. Remember to drink plenty of fluids to prevent dehydration. This medicine is suitable for adults and adolescents 12 years and over. Always read the label and follow the instructions. Do not use if you have a high fever or see blood in your stool.
