This 100% Garnacha rosé is hand-harvested from sun-drenched vineyards in the Catalunya DO. Crafted with gentle pressing and fermentation in stainless steel tanks, it ages on fine lees for four months, achieving texture without oak. The wine presents a pale pink hue with salmon reflections. Its aromatic bouquet offers notes of red berries, citrus zest, and floral hints. On the palate, it reveals a harmonious blend of strawberries and cherries with subtle tropical nuances, leading to a crisp, light-bodied, and refreshingly dry finish with vibrant acidity.
