Made with a generous 44% high-quality surimi from Threadfin Bream, these frozen fish cakes boast a firm, springy Koiyobu texture and a rich, savory seafood flavor. Perfectly versatile, they are an essential ingredient for hot pots, a delicious topping for noodles, a tasty addition to stir-fries, or simply enjoyed as a satisfying snack on their own. Cooking is quick and easy from frozen. For hot pot, simply add to boiling broth for 3-4 minutes. You can also boil, stir-fry, or air fry them until heated through, ensuring the core temperature reaches >70°C for safe consumption.
