Obento Yakitori Sauce brings the authentic, glossy, and savoury-sweet taste of Japanese grilled skewers to your kitchen. Traditionally crafted with soy sauce, mirin, sake, and sugar, this versatile sauce caramelises beautifully over heat, creating a sticky, shiny glaze that clings perfectly to chicken, vegetables, or tofu. It is ideal for yakitori, teriyaki dishes, grilling, stir-frying, or as a dipping sauce. This rich and well-balanced condiment contains soy, wheat (gluten), and may contain traces of fish and sesame. With an alcohol content of 1.8ml/100ml that reduces after cooking, it delivers classic Japanese barbecue flavour. Store in a cool, dry place and refrigerate after opening. Use within 6–8 weeks for the best quality.
