Mud House Chile Sauvignon Blanc Rosé is a vibrant, luminous salmon-pink wine born from a unique cross-hemispheric collaboration. It unites New Zealand's pioneering winemaking spirit with the exceptional sun-drenched terroir of Chile's Central Valley, specifically the Rapel Valley or Colchagua subregions. Crafted from 100% Sauvignon Blanc grapes hand-harvested at night, this rosé undergoes gentle whole-cluster pressing and fermentation in stainless steel tanks. The result is a beautifully aromatic wine with a refreshingly crisp palate. Enjoy vibrant notes of fresh strawberries, watermelon, and citrus zest, elegantly lifted by subtle hints of rose petals and tropical fruits. A brief aging on fine lees adds a delicate creamy texture without any oak influence, preserving its pure, vibrant fruit character. This vegan and vegetarian-friendly rosé has an alcohol content of 12.5% vol. Serve well chilled at 8–10°C to experience its optimal freshness.
