Dialogic 1 Year Extended Warranty JCT EOL Legacy Cards

A 1 year Extended Hardware Warranty for your JCT EOL Legacy Cards can be purchased for your product at anytime as long as your product is still under the initial included factory warranty. Also included with this purchase is an Advanced RMA which allows you. in the event of a hardware failure to have a new system shipped to you before we get the failed product back to our offices but you will need to provide a Credit Card to Sangoma prior to us shipping the replacement product to be used in the event that we do not receive the defective hardware back within 30 days. In the event of a hardware failure of your hardware you will need to open a support ticket and get authorisation for a RMA here.
