MGL250 HMS is made from 100% magnesium carbonate, or in other words, magnesia. Magnesia prevents hands from sweating and increases friction, ensuring a firmer and safer grip. It's used in gyms, where sweaty hands can pose injury risks. Because of this, when using dumbbells or a barbell, we don’t have to worry about slippery equipment. MGL250 is liquid magnesium. It's very easy to use; just spread it on your hands and wait for it to dry. It takes a little time. Its advantage over block or powder magnesium is that it doesn’t leave marks and doesn’t dirty the equipment around us.
