UW08 HMS is a double grip designed for training with a high or low pulley. It is mainly intended to work the back muscles. Its shape allows for a greater range of motion than a straight or narrow grip. It also promotes better muscle tensioning, leading to a more effective workout. Its structure ensures an ideal hand positioning and enforces proper movement during exercise. The wide spacing allows for training at alternative angles compared to a narrow grip. This gives us the opportunity to develop the muscle group more efficiently and thoroughly. The rough metal grip prevents the tool from slipping out of our hands while requiring a stronger hold from us. This means we are also working on developing our forearm muscles.
