UW03 HMS is a unique handle designed for training with high or low pulleys. It can be used for a wide range of exercises targeting different muscle groups in the upper body, starting with small muscle groups like the biceps and triceps, going through the deltoid muscles, up to the back and chest muscles. The rough steel part prevents the tool from slipping out of your hand, while requiring a stronger grip from us. This means we also work on developing the forearm muscles. The high-quality steel construction allows for training with a heavy load. The rotating handle installed on the UW03 model ensures faster and more effective training of muscle groups that cannot be worked on with a standard handle.
