MGN56 HMS is made from 100% magnesium carbonate or, in other words, chalk. The magnesia prevents your hands from sweating and increases friction, ensuring a stronger and more secure grip. It should be used at the gym where sweaty hands can pose a risk of injury. Because of this, when using dumbbells or a bar, we don’t have to worry about equipment slipping.
