The GO320 Olympic bar HMS is made from hardened steel with a chrome plating. The HMS bar is known for its strength combined with perfect flexibility. The set includes the bar and 2 collars. A secure and comfortable grip is ensured by the knurling. The maximum load is 320 kilograms. Additionally, the 28mm diameter guarantees comfort during training.
