Whilst the X-CEL Wheel Pin helps to change your cutter wheel quickly using the new ball detent design, with no tool needed and no lost clips. It is made from high-strength zinc alloy and there is a spare cutter wheel included in the knob. It cuts copper, brass, and aluminium tubing and thin-wall conduit.
