The exhaust pipe can then be connected to an air duct or directed outside for external fume extraction.Odour Absorber ModeWhere connection to an external ventilation system is not possible, the cooker hood can operate as an internal filtering system. The metal grease filter first captures grease and small particles before odorous substances and microparticles pass through the activated charcoal filter. The purified air is then returned to the kitchen.Perimeter SuctionThe Kaiser AT 5435 Eco cooker hood draws air through slots positioned around the perimeter of the hinged panel.
