This flexibility makes it suitable for kitchens where connection to an external ventilation system may not be possible.In exhaust air extractor mode, the metal grease filter purifies cooking vapours by absorbing grease and other fine particles. The exhaust pipe can then be connected to an air outlet and directed outside.In odour absorber mode, the metal grease filter first captures grease and fine particles before the air passes through the activated charcoal filter. Purified air is then returned to the kitchen.Perimeter SuctionPerimeter suction draws air through slots around the entire hinged panel, behind which the charcoal and grease filters are concealed.
