Four induction cooking zones provide flexible cooking space, while two Flexzones allow adjoining zones to be linked for larger pots and pans.Efficient source extraction captures cooking vapours through an adjustable extractor tower. The tower can be set to 10, 20 or 30 cm, with variable adjustment, and its semi-transparent design also allows it to function as a practical splash guard.With eight fan speeds and maximum boost extraction of 691 m³/h, the integrated extraction system provides effective ventilation while keeping the cooking area open and uncluttered. The Novy Panorama Pro 1821 can be installed using either surface or flush mounting to suit different worktop configurations.Flexible Four-Zone Induction CookingThe Novy Panorama Pro features four induction cooking zones, each measuring 200 x 240 mm. Every zone has a standard power rating of 2100 W and a Power function providing up to 3700 W.The Power function significantly increases the output of an individual cooking zone, making it ideal for tasks such as bringing a large quantity of water to the boil.Two Flexzones provide additional versatility. The bridge function links two adjoining cooking zones so they can be controlled together, creating a larger cooking area for bigger pots and pans. Flexzone activation is automatic on this Pro model.The Grill function automatically activates the Bridge function to create a larger cooking surface with a specially adapted power distribution designed for grilling with cast-iron cookware.Adjustable Panorama Pro Extraction TowerThe integrated downdraft extractor uses two motors and offers eight fan speeds. Its extractor tower can be adjusted to heights of 10, 20 and 30 cm, as well as variable positions, helping capture cooking vapours close to their source.The semi-transparent tower also doubles as a splash guard. Maximum ducted airflow on Power speed is 691 m³/h, while maximum continuous airflow is 475 m³/h and minimum airflow is 193 m³/h. Free airflow is rated at 1160 m³/h.Sound pressure is 27 dB(A) at minimum speed, 46 dB(A) at maximum continuous speed and 56 dB(A) at maximum Power speed. Sound power at maximum continuous speed is 57 dB(A).The extractor has an integrated sound absorber and supports optional recirculation. The exhaust position is at the centre bottom, with an outlet diameter of 222 x 89.Convenient Cooking FunctionsThe Keep Warm function provides temperature settings of 42°C, 70°C and 94°C. The 70°C setting is designed to maintain a constant temperature, while appliances in the Novy Power and Pro ranges also include a 42°C melting setting and a 94°C keep-warm setting.Stop & Go temporarily disables the energy supply. When the control is touched again, the previously selected power levels and timers are restored.Additional functions and features specified for the Novy 1821 include Auto Stop, Chef function, Grill function, Stop & Go function, remote control, childproof lock, pot move function, delayed switch-off, safety time-switch-off, automatic pan recognition, grease filter cleaning indication, recirculation filter cleaning indication, Wipeguard function and a main on/off switch.The timer system includes a timer per zone, timer and automatic cooking. Automatic Power revert is set to 6 minutes, while delayed switch-off settings are 30 and 10 minutes.Control is through slider touch controls with a white information display. Residual heat indication is integrated into the worktop. InTouch functionality is not applicable.The Novy Hob + Hood Panorama Pro 1821 is designed as a cooker hood with a motor for direct outlet installations, where extracted air is discharged to the outside.
