This provides a larger cooking area for bigger pots and pans. On the Novy Pro range, the linking process takes place automatically.Chef Function for Flexible CookingThe Chef function automatically links the Bridge zones at the touch of a button and assigns different power levels across the hob. The right-hand zone is set to level 9 for intensive cooking or frying, the centre zone to level 6 for simmering and the left-hand zone to level 4 for keeping food warm. These settings can be adjusted when required.Keep-Warm and Melting FunctionsThe keep-warm function helps maintain a constant temperature with a 70°C setting. As part of the Pro range, the Novy 1777 also includes a 42°C melting setting and a 94°C keep-warm function.Stop&Go FunctionStop&Go temporarily disables the energy supply to the hob.
