This is ideal for tasks such as bringing a large amount of water to the boil quickly.Flexible Cooking with Bridge and Chef FunctionsThe Bridge function lets you link two adjoining zones and control them together in one movement, making it especially useful for larger pots, pans and grill cooking. In the Pro range, this linking happens automatically.The Chef function automatically links the Bridge zones at the touch of a button. The right-hand zone is set to level 9 for intensive cooking or frying, the centre zone to level 6 for simmering, and the left-hand zone to level 4 for keeping food warm.
